Steve Gorman
Steve Gorman, CEO and President of Mason Dixon Home Inspection Services, Inc. originally founding the business in 1988, is one of the pioneers of home inspecting in South Central PA. Steve’s 34 years in the home inspection business provide a base of experience that is rare to find—and when considered alongside his 10 years of experience in residential construction, it’s safe to say that Steve knows how good homes are built.
An established presence in the Central PA real estate community, Steve is universally trusted and comes highly recommended thanks to the 10,000+ home inspections that he has performed throughout the area. Steve has retired from inspecting and now runs the business along with General manager, Susan Kint, and two Certified ASHI inspectors trained and hand-picked by Steve many years ago.

Susan Kint
General Manager, Susan Kint has been with Mason Dixon Home Inspection Services for 19 years. She is the friendly voice on the phone that, with her vast knowledge, will help you choose the services that are best for your specific situation. Susan holds a bachelors degree in Business Administration. She has spent several years in customer service and working for small businesses to help them run efficiently and prides herself on managing a customer-oriented and ethically run business. She is also the General Manager of Radon Protection Services of Gettysburg (a sister company of Mason Dixon Home Inspection) and will take the time to talk with you about our radon testing and mitigation services.
Steve Ehly
Steve Ehly is a skilled home inspector with over 20 years of experience in residential construction and related trades—including architectural drafting and design, construction project management, and building material sales.
With a wealth of knowledge to share about homes, Steve immensely enjoys helping families sort through the facts so that they can make more informed buying decisions. Steve has personally performed over 2,200 home inspections, and he looks forward to helping you secure a home that is safe and sound in every way.
